Luna Events Packages

Venue Facility Inclusions: (1) Multi-Use Room, Refrigerator, Air Cooling & Heating

Location Inclusions: Designated Parking, Hotels Across the Street, Hwy 85 Access

Luna Events offers packages from basic venue rental to elevated décor experiences. If you see a package you like without an add-on, just ask!

Our Comprehensive Event Packages

4-Hour Rental

Time Slots:

  8AM – 12PM
  1PM – 5PM
  6PM – 10PM

6-Hour Rental

  Time Slots:

    10 AM – 3 PM
     4 PM – 10 PM

Rental Includes:

  • A 4-Hour Rental or 6-Hour Rental with 1-Hour client setup and cleanup time included within rental period

  • Full venue access with tables, chairs, and sound system accessible via tablet

  • (8X) LED uplighting to enhance the atmosphere based on theme color

  • Access to refrigerator and cooler tank for your refreshments

  • Onsite staff included are Venue Operations Attendant and (1) Security guard

  • (1) 30-Minute Venue Layout Planning Session

Perfect for:

  • Intimate celebrations, baby showers, small birthdays, family gatherings, business meetings and weekday events!

Alcohol Rules:

All events with alcohol present require Luna Events Alcohol Service and Client is responsible for bringing their own alcohol and all related items for the drinks.

Alcohol Service inclusions: Bartender, Security Guard (Guest Count Dependent), Mobile Bar and (1) Cooler Tank; Ice is not included. Serving time limit depends on the rental period. Guest count over 100 guests requires 2 security guards.

8-Hour Rental

  • Full venue setup with tables, chairs, and single-color linen (Black or White)

  • LED multi-color up-lighting and party lighting to enhance the atmosphere and theme

  • Access to refrigerator and cooler tank

  • Use of in-house sound system accessible via tablet

  • Venue décor included are white ceiling drapes and white wall draping

  • Onsite staff included are Venue Operations Attendant and (1) Security Guard

  • (1) 30-Minute Venue Layout Planning Session

Perfect for:

  • Birthdays, Family Gatherings, Graduations, Corporate Meetings, and Clients who want a clean, ready-to-use venue without décor services.

Rental Items / Services:

Any items not listed above are additional and may be added to all packages.

Alcohol Rules:

All events with alcohol require Luna Events Alcohol Service. Client provides all alcohol and drink-related items.

Includes: Up to 5-hour serving limit, bartender, security (guest count dependent), mobile bar, and (1) cooler tank. Ice not included.

Over 100 guests requires 2 security guards.

Venue Hours:

Friday & Saturday – 3:30PM to 11:30PM (Set-up & clean-up included in rental period)

Sunday – 1:00PM to 9:00PM

Additional time available upon request.

 Crescent Moon Décor Inclusions:

  • Décor planning session for personalized design

  • A fully decorated Main Backdrop Area with choice of balloon garland or floral design

  • A main table set up if applicable

Perfect for:

  • Anniversaries, Birthdays, Baby Showers, Intimate Celebrations, and Clients who want a stylish setup without a full-room transformation

Note - Decorations:

Additional decoration props/decoration pieces will be quoted separately
